The new amnesty period runs from 1st August 2024 to 31st October 2024, offering property owners an extended opportunity to obtain planning permits without paying statutory penal fees.

To participate in the amnesty programme, applicants must submit the following documents to the Lagos State Physical Planning Permit Authority:

• Title document/proof of ownership

• Survey plan

• As-built architectural drawings

• Structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings (where applicable)

• Non-Destructive Integrity Test Report (where applicable)

• Letter of structural stability and indemnity (where applicable)

• Land Use Planning Analysis Report

• Tax compliance documents

• Other supporting documents as applicable

Amnesty will only be considered for those with all the required documents. A 5% discount will also apply to payments completed within ten working days of bill issuance.
